Battery HRD Production Line Tester

  'ELIND’ Battery High Rate Discharge Production Line Tester, designed to operate on 1 Phase AC Input of 200-240 Volts 50 Hz, and capable of discharging 1 no. 12 Volt battery at a constant current to conduct High Rate Production Line Discharge test.  

The unit will be complete with a PLC-based metering and controlling system to set the required test time, end voltage, discharge current and the Open Circuit Voltage window, and also to monitor the test parameters (battery voltage, discharge current, test time and test result).

The unit can also be provided with:

· Adjustable pneumatic jig system to connect to the test battery, along with a motorized conveyor belt system with motion sensors to stop the battery under the test jug automatically. Once the test is conducted, the conveyor operates to move the battery ahead in the line.

· HMI Interface along with Barcode Scanning & Recording function.

· User end PC-based data logging software, with the following features: 

• Displaying the real time test data (Battery Open Circuit Voltage, End Voltage, Discharge Current, Test Time) for quick monitoring on the front end of the application, along with the test result.
• Storing the test data of each battery in a spreadsheet format.
